Quality and efficiency through automation<\/h2>\n

A highly automated grinding and polishing centre, two of Germany’s most modern electroplating facilities, including chromium (III), and comprehensive quality management ensure that every component is manufactured precisely according to customer specifications. Our processes include copper, bright nickel, matte nickel, semi-bright nickel, MPS nickel, crack nickel and environmentally friendly chromium (III).<\/p>\n

We guarantee\u00a0maximum\u00a0process reliability and reproducibility, even for\u00a0large series. We always\u00a0keep an eye on\u00a0the perfect interplay of design, function\u00a0and\u00a0corrosion protection.<\/p>\n

Thanks to our in-house\u00a0jig manufacturing\u00a0and parts assembly, we can implement complex assemblies and special solutions according to individual customer requirements. Our in-house production minimises interfaces, shortens\u00a0throughput times\u00a0and ensures\u00a0maximum\u00a0quality and efficiency.<\/p>\n
